At MedsToDoor, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy.

You may cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.

Orders containing prescription medicines may be processed immediately after prescription verification. Once verification and processing have begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

MedsToDoor reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable.
• Invalid or incomplete prescription (where required).Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
• Payment verification failure.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Delivery is not available to the provided address.

If your order is cancelled by MedsToDoor after payment has been successfully received, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
